Daniel Gardner has an extensive background in health and injury management, having studied Human Movements, Sports Science and Personal Training prior to the completion of his Masters of Physiotherapy Degree in December 2012. He loves to stay at the ‘cutting edge’ of research and is an avid reader of current health management literature.
Danny has worked in both rural and metropolitan hospitals and has seen a wide variety of conditions ranging from the elite athlete to the ‘week-end warrior’. His true passion, however, is musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports injury management.
Danny was an elite athlete himself for many years, both as a 400m hurdler at the Queensland Academy of Sport, and as a semi-professional soccer player. This has given him a great insight and empathy when dealing with his patient’s problems.
Danny still loves to be actively involved with sports and is currently the physio for the Redlands United Soccer Club.
